Refund Policy

FF IPTV Refund & Returns Policy

At FF IPTV, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Do not return your product to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Health and personal care items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Magazines or newspapers

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases


Partial Refunds May Be Granted (If Applicable)

  • Books with visible signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, games, vinyl records, etc.

  • Items not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error

  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider (some processing time may apply).

  3. Contact your bank.

If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at contact@ffiptv.com.


Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please email contact@ffiptv.com before sending your item to the return address.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit in the form of a gift certificate.

  • If it wasn’t marked as a gift, or the purchaser received the product first, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

To return your item, send it to:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

  • For high-value items, consider a trackable shipping method or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
